Call-Home places a discreet tag on the file, that will ping or Call-Home to the server whenever that file is accessed. The server then keeps a log of who opened the file, when they opened it, and their location.

Top 10 Reports:
Top 10 Reports show you your most popular viewers and files. Review the IP address or Identified viewer that opened your files the most. And see a separate report that highlights which files were opened most often.
Charts:
Charts provide an easy-to-digest graphic to cross reference who opened which files, and when.
